For you the organiser you can be assured that all your requirements will be met, such as organising the right hotel in the right place at the right time, a suitable venue to suit all your member’s needs, a private room for the AGM and Gala Dinner, Tots of Rum and Port and additional Menu Courses as required.  In addition, we will book entertainment, trips out from the venue, and can even arrange a memorial church service.

 Upon the agreement of the package offered, we will send out individual booking forms, handle payments advise members of the reunion programme and be at your personal check-in desk at the hotel to ensure the smooth running of the event from start to finish.
